“Planning for the Future” - 2022 Annual Meeting in Portland, Oregon

Who is invited to the NCSF annual meeting:

• State K-12 public school facilities officials

• Special guests - research & policy partners

• Industry sponsors providing financial support toward the National Council’s mission

Where: Portland, Oregon at the EdSpaces 2022 Conference

NCSF Dates: Annual Meeting: Tuesday, November 1 and 2, 2022

EDspaces Dates: Conference Sessions: November 2 to 4, 2022

Annual Meeting and Conference Fees:

• All travel costs for NCSF members in good standing are covered by NCSF state membership annual assessment of $5,000.

• NCSF and EDspaces will cover all Annual Meeting and Conference Registration fees for state officials.

• EDspaces will cover up to 4 hotel nights for one state official.

• NCSF will cover meals for NCSF Annual meeting days.

• NCSF will provide travel scholarships for one official from the following states: Louisiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, and Nevada.
