Cimarron Municipal Schools, NM, District Facility Master Plan, 2013

The Public School Capital Outlay Council (PSCOC), requires that all New Mexico pubic school districts complete a five-year Facility Master Plan. The master plan is a prerequisite to be eligible to receive state capital outlay assistance. This document has been prepared in accordance with the requirements issued by the PSCOC/PSFA. The intent of the Facilities Master Plan is to identify existing facility conditions, past and future enrollment, to review the District’s educational program, to verify the ability of the existing facilities meet minimum State of New Mexico Adequacy Standards, and to identify new or replacement facilities required to meet the needs of the District. This Facilities Master Plan is designed to be a flexible planning tool to identify facility issues and programmatic needs to the community, parents, staff, and the Board of Education and offer periodic input and revision as conditions change and new needs are identified within the District. Fargo Public Schools, ND, Long Range Facility Plan 2015

During the 2012-13 and 2013-14 school years (includes 2015 update), the Board of Education of the City of Fargo worked toward creating a new Long Range Facility Plan (LRFP) for the District. This document represents the work completed by the Board and sets in place a plan that will guide the District’s facility decisions for the next decade and more. Download Plan

Boulder Valley School District, CO, Educational Facilities Master Plan 2014

Staff completed an assessment of the condition of Boulder Valley School District facilities and the Capital Improvement Planning Committee worked with district staff to identify and prioritize capital improvement needs and advised the Board of Education regarding the long term facility needs of the District. A complete building and site assessment was performed on all district buildings, encompassing over 4.5 million square feet of district assets. In addition, the committee identified capital improvement needs that extend beyond those of specific schools and will strengthen district infrastructure as well as expand educational opportunities for students. This work is the basis for this Educational Facility Master Plan which identifies $576 million in capital projects that will improve learning environments in all schools. Download Plan

North Little Rock, Arkansas Facilities Master Plan 2011

The Master Plan was developed specifically for the North Little Rock School District. The criteria used to develop the Master Plan serves as a guide for assessing the need for facility improvements and capital improvements by identifying the scope of repairs, modernizations, renovations, upgrades and new construction required for the near and far future vision.
