National Council on School Facilities 2025 Annual Meeting

Washington, D.C. - December 7th - 10th

Who is invited to the NCSF annual meeting:

  • State K-12 public school facilities officials

  • Industry Sponsors providing financial support toward the National Council’s mission

  • Invited guests

Where: Washington, D.C. at the Washington Plaza Hotel (10 Thomas Circle NW, Washington, DC 20005)

NCSF Dates:

  • Travel Day and Reception (4:30PM to 7PM): Sunday, December 7th

  • Meeting Sessions and Networking: Monday, December 8th and Tuesday, December 9th

  • Capitol Hill Meetings: Wednesday, December 10th.

Annual Meeting and Conference Fees:

  • Member States: All travel, hotel, food and registration for one state official is covered by state’s membership assessment.

    • Additional State Attendee: Up to two. No registration and conference meal fees but must cover travel, lodging and other expenses.

  • Non-member States: Registration fee of $375 per person, plus state must cover all travel, lodging and other expenses.

  • Industry Sponsors: Registration fees covered for up to two sponsor attendees. Travel, hotel, and other expenses responsible by Sponsor.
